We are planning a data pipeline where entities will be created in an RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and later end up in Wikibase. Is there any way for us to anticipate (or claim/reserve) the entities' wikibase identifier upon creation?
(I am thinking of a workflow like when submitting a piece to zenodo, I can claim a doi, add it to the piece itself and only then submit the final product "for real".)
