these aren't even particularly tall #antenna poles, and there's a great big electricity pylon in the same neighbourhood - I suspect one of his own neighbours grassed him up to the council as otherwise those antennas would go unnoticed.

Interestingly from his accent, Ray sounds like he's originally from East Anglia rather than up North (so its possible he moved in fairly recently and has pissed off someone locally)
