@bojacobs It’s easy, they were creating a “Super Man” as a slave or servant to guard over them from the afterlife. We have quite a number of instances of this from different cultures, times and places around the world. It’s a common phenomenon in “Spiritism” or “Animism”. You see this practiced with animal effigy’s also, creating a “Super Beast”.
